CUORE magazine feature

I´m back in Galicia to attend my cousin´s wedding and, imagine my face when I saw myself on one of the pages of Cuore magazine, Spain´s  most popular national gossip magazine .. hahaha! The picture was taken when I attended the launch of Fox´s latest tv show in Madrid. I was wearing a total summer look by MANGO with this wonderful skirt and Lydia Delgado´s private own handba, all jewels are Monica Vinader.

Look of the Day.124: Sao Paulo's high summer

During the last few days I've been attending Inspiramais  here in SP but now is time for me to head back to England. All my clothes are by Pelu, the amazing jewels belong to my friend, the brazilian designer Caca Garcia and they are all from her newest collection.

Look of the Day.123: SPFW - Colcci show

Picture taken by GarotasEstupidas, Joyce Pascowitch magazine and other press at Sao Paulo Fashion Week.  Last June I was back at the Bienal to attend Colcci's show with Felipe and it was pretty mental. Huge amount of press. They started the show almost 1 hour late (they said it's a normal thing as is the most waited show of them all, I even had time to bump into BryanBoy...) After  the show we all stopped at bar Numero (a cool trendy spot that you wouldn't miss if you are in town) to grab a bite and headed to Colcci's after party. There was also HugoGloss, Alessandra Ambrosio, many other brazilian fashion celebs and even Ashton Kutcher who had previously walked the runway at their show. I'm wearing Goldie London jacket, Office shoes, TopShop hat and Style Stalker's dress, all paired with my newest favorite bag by Reiss .

Look of the Day.122: Soca del Eclipse

Vila Madalena a.k.a the Shoreditch of Sao Paulo. Weather has been a bit unstable lately .. Might seem like 30degrees right now but in two hours will go down to 19. So you need that extra layer, a bit of leather in the summer doesn't do any bad to anyone! Right? Wearing a Zara leather jacket, pull&Bear trousers with River Island shoes. Hat and scarf (worn as headband) are vintage and the top is from Uniqlo. 

Gala Gonzalez x Guerreiro

This year I've been spending loads of time in Brasil. One of the big reasons for this are work commitments. You might already know what I've been up to..but for those who still don't follow my Twitter live, I wanted to share the latest job I did a few months ago and that is out now  here in Brasil.

Guerreiro is a jewelry brand who I discovered while I was here and it was truly love at first sight. When they asked me to be the face of their latest campaign I felt  very honored to do it as I love the boho spirit of the brand, and Guerreiro himself was like, from my point of view, the brazilian Jim Morrison back in the days...so imagine my face, I was in total heaven! I did two shootings, one for the main brand Guerreiro and another for their younger difusion line AG. During the shooting who took place on a sunday here in Sao Paulo at Valerio Trabanco's studio, I shoot with Rico Mansur, the well know brazilian polo player. I laughed and talked as much as I normally do...(those who have worked with me in the past know that I can't keep my mouth shout for too long) but it was all because I was ultra excited to be able to play and choose the garments for the shooting while I had my nails done more than 4 times, each of them painted with  the new Chanel nail-polish(and i'm a total freak when it comes down to nails). The campaign is all over the pages of Vogue, Elle and other magazines in Brasil and also available in St.Tropez too. I wanted to make a special mention to Carmen ho was  amazing during the whole process and the Guerreiro sisters who totally rock and do an incredible work!

Look of the Day.121: Real Parque @ Morumbi

Back in Sao Paulo...YES again! We spent the day at Real Parque in the Morumbi neighborhood, there's plenty of beautiful streets. One thing really annoys me is that that here in Brazil we are in the middle of the winter and I've carried from London all the way back to Brazil my fur coat, just to find out is 30 degrees celsius almost every day. All I've been able to manage to wear since i got here are tee-shirts and cut-out shorts like the classic Levi's ones. Tip! I normally carry a pair anywhere I go in the world and they are always so useful!. And of course.. some comfy but chunky heels like the new beauties on my feet, from spanish and worldwide known label  Pedro Garcia. Another piece you must bring in your luggage is a little cape/poncho in soft fabric that will help you to get that boho look . My one is from Goldie London.  My bangles are from an Indian shop down in Camden and the Hand of Fatima pendant is from an egyptian jewelry shop in London too. I'm carrying a Corello bag, 1971 Reiss sunnies and vintage hat bought in a flea market here in Sao Paulo. All images by F.Solari

iberostar x Davidelfin

Last 28th of June I was in Madrid for two big reasons. I was chosen to give one of the wards at the GQ Elegant Men of the Year and to attend the exclusive launch of the latest collaboration between our loved and talented friend Davidelfin and the Iberostar Hotels&Resorts chain. It felt like a friends reunion really, as I was there between so many familiar faces! We enjoyed some incredible yummy spanish tapas, and got to look around and admire the illustrations and pieces of this collaboration, dance a bit under Gerard's tunes (a.k.a IcanTeachYouhowToDoit) and to see David himself talking about the whole project! Here are the snaps and where i wanted to be very casual and comfortable in order to be with friends. But Always keeping that top button closed! :) And it was also a very important day, it was my friend Pelayo's birthday too!!!

Sansoeurs

Latest ring obssesion.

My friend Cristina is a TOTAL GENIUS!  Few months ago having a coffee in my hometown of La Coruna, she presented me her first and new ring collection Sansoeurs... so many models to choose from, all small and so delicate that everyone melts in desire when they first see them...like I did! Im so in love that I won't stop wearing them as they match with all my clothes and the rest of my jewellery ...I couldn't ask for more! And now all my mates like Miranda Makaroff , Brianda Fitz-James have their own ones too!!  All rings by Sansoeurs.
