Look of the Day.127: Pass the Dutchie

My mate Michelle is back from China...and seems in the past few months we hardly have seen each other as much as we wanted (as I have myself, been down in Brazil for quite a while too). But now we are back together trotting around London and trying to sort out accommodation for New York during Fashion Week, (if anyone knows of a good place, suggestions are more than welcome!). Meantime I'm trying to find cool music to get ready my dj set, as i'll be attending and dj-ing during Madrid's Vogue Fashion Night Out (all details will be posted very soon!!!). This is what I wore yesterday for a shooting down in Chelsea, after that Michelle and I drove back to East London to grab lunch down in Shoreditch House eat french fries and catch up for  a while. I'm wearing vintage Levi's shorts, blazer from River Island , Oasis boots, the Monster bag by Deadly Ponies and shirt by Lacoste.

Pronovias - Bridal Fashion Week 2012

Last May i was invited to attend spanish Bridal Fashion Week held in Barcelona. I was hanging out with the super funny and wonderful Vega Royo who is also a fellow blogger! And got to meet wonderful girls such as Alejandra Rojas and the New York socialites  Lauren and Ashley Remington Platt. The event was beyond what you could imagine, the queens of the catwalk were Ana Beatriz Barros and Karolina Kurkova, and the collection made me feel the pressure to get married as soon as possible! hahaha Just kidding...After the Pronovias fashion show we all girls headed to the after party where I ended up jumping and dancing like crazy with Gabriela Palatchi and her boyfriend (she's from the Pronovias family)...who was the best host ever! and I cannot wait to see her again in New York during fashion week. I wanted to thank Vega for the first image,who was posted on her blog and the PR team at Pronovias for the press images and all the help and support they gave us during our wonderful time in Barcelona.

I'm back from Ibiza.. and i had an absolute great time...worked that tan too. This has to be one of my favourite movies...and truly wardrobe-inspiration for every time I have to come back to the White Island. Brook Shield was on the movie, one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen, and she wears the most perfect pieces of clothing to inspire your Balearic experience. The movie, for those who still haven't seen it yet, is the classic Blue Lagoon

While im typing this im about to get out from the front door wiht my red suitcase to catch another plane. This time the final destination is Ibiza. Look of the Day.126: lady gala

My bestie Miranda is here in London with me to spend the summer like every year. Yesterday we had  one of those grey and rainy sundays with nothing to...and after watching a trillion B movies we decided to play a bit of "How about you dress me up instead". The game consists in doing a total "make over" to the other person, in this case was Miranda's turn  to dress me up however she wanted. And lately, she's been all over "cyberdog vs 90s neon-gothic" style...imagine my face....hahahaha, and here is the outcome... we decided to call it Lady Gala, for the iconic Formichetti's Gaga-outfits... and yes, i think we all should get out of our shells sometimes and try out new stuff, even if it doesn't really match with who we are...is good to see which other characters you could also be..specially from someone else's eyes...

Look of the Day.125: Onde Estiver

I'm missing Sao Paulo like crazy. Ive been back in Europe for a week already, being a busy bee. This week seems to be a never ending one... I'm trying to get ready to jet off to New York for fashion week and also trying to sort out all my last minute work matters here in London. This pictures were taken by Felipe on a very hot day, and is no surprise for those who have followed me since the good old fotolog  times, to see me barefoot. I love the feeling of the pavement under my feet when is hot out there... the floor is dry and cold and makes me feel so connected with everything else.. it's incredible! I wish i could do it all the time... I'm wearing jeans from Zara matched with an Osklen shirt and vintage hat, a fiji Monica Vinader brazalet.
